Phoenix Company of Chang Jiang Shipping Group has published its annual report, revealing that the company’s current liability is 2.16 billion Yuan higher than current assets. And vessels of 1.14 billion Yuan have been sealed up by court because of the loans overdue.

The auditing office considers the 1.895 billion Yuan’s net loss as the serious uncertainty of company’s performance ability. And analyst said that without accident, the Phoenix will follow Nanjing Tanker Corporation to be forced to suspension of listing.
